Lynley has looked after our store security for close to 20 years.

The platform has allowed better engagement and awareness of store security for all our frontline staff. It is simple to use and has alleviated the risks our team face dealing one on one with shoplifting incidents. These are often stressful and time consuming and can become potentially harmful and /or dangerous.

By implementing Gatha we seen a big increase in successful cases, with more convictions and reparation orders than ever before.

It has also allowed a better understanding of shoplifting in our store. Especially around repeat offending.

During this time Lynley has created a platform called gatha.

This is where our frontline staff are able to record any unusual behavior within our store which enables Lynley to follow up and investigate shoplifting

This has been very successful with an increase in shoplifters being caught, trespassed and gaining reparation from the offender.

The platform is very user friendly and also been very successful in increasing the staffs awareness and enthusiasm to “catch a thief”.
